Top 5 Things to do in Quarantine

While we are all stuck indoors looking for an outlet, we at vapemasterz have complied a list for you of our top 5 things to do while stuck in quarantine.

  1. Livestream Musical Events!

Streaming serves such as Facebook, Twich, Youtube Live, and Instagram Live have flourished during quarantine, attracting large numbers of viewers to simultaneously view/listen to artist perform. For the moment being, this is the best way to find enjoy live music from the comfort of your own home. Even though Facebook recently announced they will monetize events, they are still several other free events happening across different platforms.  For a full listening of events check out

  1. Netflix and Chill!

One of the largest content streaming services just added even more movies to their platform. Quarantine or not, Netflix offers some seriously binge worthy series/movies. Our team at vapemasterz have spent their entire waking moment in quarantine sifting through netflix’s endless catalog to delivery to you a list of binge worthy shows.

               The Haunting of Hill House

If you’re in the mood for spokes and love things that go bump in the night, this is the perfect show. With creepy imagery and hidden secret ghost in every episode, The Haunting of Hill House has everything you’re looking for, that is, if you’re looking for nightmare fuel. Good luck sleeping after episode 3!

The Tiger King

Carole Baskin most definitely fed her husband to the tigers and there’s no convincing me otherwise! Centered around Joe Exotic, Tiger King is a perfect blend between King of the Hill, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, and a zoo, yes, a literal zoo. If you’re in the mood for comedy, drama and real-life walking meme factories, the Tiger King has got you covered.

Mad Men

Ever wonder what 1960s suave looks like? The story line follows an egocentric Mad Man, Don Draper whose past is a stick in the spokes of his future. If you haven’t seen Mad Men yet, all seven seasons are streaming on Netflix!

BlackMirror

BlackMirror is an exceptional series and any episode/season can be watched out of order. This Twilight Zone-esque science fiction series is set in the future and tell tales of precautions of dependence of technology, horror, and question the boundaries of moralities and justice. Each episode is guaranteed to be unique, mind bending and worth watching a second time, except the Miley Cyrus episode. If you do decide to watch this series, we would recommend paying close attention to the smaller details such as TV headlines, newspapers etc, they tell an interesting second story as well.

  1. Online Learning

While we have all, at one point, wished we had more time to learn a new hobby or perfect a current one, now is a good time to do so. Multiple online websites offering limited time offers to free selected courses, in the attempt to help curb that boredom. Services such as SKILLSHARE, come in handy when looking to fill up some free time. I have personally tried skillshare courses and would strongly recommend their services, if you’re willing to subscribe for a monthly service. If the piggy bank is looking a bit smaller, here are a list of FREE master classes. I hope to see you at poker night!

  1. Working Out/Yoga

I must admit, working out is not in my list of daily routines was not going to make this list but it is definitely worth mentioning, especially if you’re looking to slim down while at home. YouTube has an abundance of beginner-amateur-expert level watch worthy videos, you can try. To spice things up, I’ve recently started watching a yoga instructor who offer 5-minute yoga videos and I try to squeeze in at least 5 videos per day, so far, I’ve made it through the first video. Baby steps am I right? For those who aren’t nearly as lazy as I am, here’s a cool yoga site I recommend.

  1. New Cooking Techniques

By the last entry, there should be no surprise that I’m probably not the best cook, despite what I may think and what I may have told you. I’ve recently discovered Maanchi, and my life has NOT been the same since. Maanchi teaches you and her 4.5 Million followers how to cook different dishes while providing interesting life tips. I first discovered her while looking up how to make Kimchi, a process in which I grossly underestimated the level difficulty, and have I’ve actually made several of her dishes. In fact, I’ve completely changed the style of how I make sandwiches to her recipe of Korean Street Toast (AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!)  If you love to cook or if you’re looking to learn to cook different cuisines, I strongly recommend Maanchi.
